If the product you have bought does not suit you or you do not like it, you can request to exchange it for another size or request a refund of the amount within a period of 15 days, provided the product has not been used or washed.

In order to process your request, we ask you to write us an e-mail at info@goodswellbcn.com indicating the order number and the reason of return. The shipping costs of the return will be at your expense, except if there are irregularities in the product. In that case, Good Swell will cover the costs.

Once we receive the return, and depending on your request, we will send you a new product at no cost or, we will refund the amount using the payment method that you used in your purchase.
